If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement by contacting yasminnahmad97@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with supporting photos that clearly show the damage or the incorrect item received.

Every product is specially made to order for you, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and returns.  Please be sure to read the description and any size information provided carefully before ordering.
